Microsoft products and services are used by billions of people across the world including Northern Ireland – from supporting education with the use of Minecraft in schools, as well as supporting healthcare, all the way through to Microsoft 365 and Office 365 supporting both consumers, large and small businesses with the latest innovations in Office and Windows 10.

The developer ecosystem in Northern Ireland is also booming with various different meetups locally including open source software meetups, industry specific meetups such as health care technology meetups, ,NET meetups and Azure meetups. There is most certainly something for everyone.

The Microsoft NI community website has the aim of helping anyone (no matter what their background, expertise or industry is), in learning and becoming more familiar with Microsoft technologies – whether it is their development platforms, Microsoft 365 / Office 365, Microsoft in Education etc – we hope to have something for everyone on this website.

The website is in it’s early days and so if you are a teacher using OneNote in the classroom, a newbie or seasoned developer, gamer, IT Admin, or a Microsoft fan and want to talk about their products, please get in touch at hello@nimsftcommunity.com and we will let you know how you can become involved in blogging for the website. If you’re a recruiter who recruits mainly for Microsoft based positions, we want to hear from you too,

Are you a company who has built something with the Microsoft stack and want to share it with the community – we want to hear from you as well!

Please also forward any questions / suggestions to hello@nimsftcommunity.com and we will get back to you. This is to be a community website and we want your opinions!
